Ha receives the Apple AI/ML Fellowship

We are thrilled to announce that Ha has been named as a 2026 Apple AI/ML Scholar in Human-Centered AI!
Ha is a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science, co-advised with Prof. Stephen Intille. Her research focuses on developing human-in-the-loop systems for tracking and measuring physical activity and everyday behaviors using wearable devices.
This two-year award provides stipend support for Ha to continue her amazing research, along with annual travel funding, and close mentorship with researchers at Apple!
